THE ORDER PROCESS

• Choose your SIM and proceed to the checkout to set up your monthly subscription.

• Advise us -

      If you will be using an Android or iPhone device.

      If you wish a brand new number or retain your existing one.

      Provide your PAC code if you are retaining your existing number.

• Provide your contact information and delivery details.

• Submit your card details for your monthly subscription card check, this initial payment will be for £1 and credited against your first monthly charge when activated.

• Complete your order.

• Upon completion you will be emailed your order confirmation along with receipt of payment.

​​

• Your SIM card will be sent approximately 2 business days later along with an email to advise you that it has been dispatched.

• Upon receipt of your SIM card click in the link in the dispatch email to activate it. 

• We will then collect your first monthly subscription charge from your card details provided and set it up for future payments.

• You can also call us on 0800 470 0144 between 9 - 4.30 to activate it.

• How to obtain  your PAC code

      Text 'PAC' to 65075 along with your DOB (DDMMYY) for free from your old provider's SIM.
