THE ORDER PROCESS

• Choose your SIM and proceed to the checkout to set up your monthly subscription.

• Provide us with your contact information and delivery details.

• Let us know if you will be using an Android or iPhone device, whether you wish a brand new number or retain your existing one.

• Provide your PAC code if you are retaining your existing number.   (Text 'PAC' to 65075 along with your DOB (DDMMYY) for free from your old provider's SIM.  For example, PAC 010198)

• Provide your card details for your monthly subscription.

• Confirm that you have read the -

  Mobile SIM Terms & Conditions confirming you understand you will be required to pay for any additional services that you have used not included in your chosen package each month.

• Complete your order.

• Upon completion you will be emailed your order confirmation along with receipt of payment.

• Your SIM card will be sent approximately 2 business days  later along with an email to advise you that it has been dispatched.

• Upon receipt of your SIM card either click in the link in the dispatch email to activate it.
